Approach
I provide online counseling services for adults ages 18 and older in North Carolina—including college students and older adults—who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, self-doubt, trauma, stress management, grief, communication distress, relationship issues, and lifespan transitions. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build emotional resilience, improve well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
I offer online couples therapy for partners experiencing challenges such as communication problems, trust issues, financial disagreements, emotional disconnection, and parenting-related stress. Through a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help couples strengthen their relationship by improving communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening emotional connection. Together, we work to heal attachment wounds, process misunderstood emotions, and meet one another’s needs in healthier, more fulfilling ways.
Counseling is a collaborative process between you and your therapist. I provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working toward greater balance, fulfillment, and personal growth. Through individual therapy, we focus on helping you expand your self-awareness, achieve meaningful goals, and create positive, lasting change in your life.
Working to grow self-trust and capability from the inside out. Let’s walk through this together.
