Approach

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can offer a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. In individual counseling, you can explore difficult thoughts, emotions, and life experiences in a way that helps you make sense of what you’re going through and begin creating meaningful change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, past trauma, stress, grief, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, you’ll have the opportunity to build coping skills, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I provide online therapy for adults across North Carolina, including college students and older adults, making support accessible wherever you are.

For couples who feel disconnected, stuck in conflict, or unsure how to communicate effectively, therapy can help you rebuild understanding and closeness. If you and your partner are facing challenges such as ongoing arguments, trust concerns, financial stress, emotional distance, or parenting pressures, couples counseling provides a space to slow down, be heard, and reconnect. Together, you can learn to communicate more openly, repair trust, better understand each other’s emotions, and strengthen your relationship in ways that feel supportive, secure, and lasting.

Working to grow self-trust and capability from the inside out.

Let’s walk through this together.
